The 165 Saint-Merry house is owned by private individual. Full refurbishment has been achieved in January 2015. Interior decoration is inspired by ecological, zen trends, organic wooden floors and old “tommettes”, white and light pastel colors. All equipment are new with high quality standards. Perfect for 4 persons, actively looking to enjoy Insead & dinner parties, while preserving intimacy moments as needed by everyone. It will be the perfect place for creating life long memories of your stay at Insead. The little garden will make you enjoy French nice summer evenings.
The house is non smoking.
It is within walking distance of the Fonty center and Insead campus (approx 10min walk), which allows easy back & forth between sessions. No need of a car. Parking is allowed around the house, by paying 15 euros subscription + low parking fee for the week. Free parking on the campus.
The house Maison Blanche
In a nutshell:
- 4 nice bedrooms, with ensuited and independent bathroom and toilet in each. Bedrooms are quite large (18 to 23 sqm each) and benefit from bright sunlight. One bedroom is on the ground floor facing the garden, 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor and 1 larger bedroom is on the top floor.
- On the grounfloor (50 sqm), there is a large lounge area/dining room, and a nice kitchen fully equiped (2 fridges, washing machine, 2 sinks, 1 big cooking space and oven) The kitchen opens up on a nice veranda.
- A laundry room, readily accessible from the kitchen with 2 washing machines, 1 dryer and 1 freezer.
- Services provided includes all utilities, unlimited high speed internet access (wired in each room + wifi), 2 set of bed linen & towels (2 big towels, 2 small towels and 2 bath mats), house cleaning twice a week.
- Wifi connexion with ethernet plugs and fiber network.
- House insurance is included.
- A nice little garden can provide spring and summer lunches and diner, with barbecue.
